Every year around this time, fab winter stuff goes on sale. But instead of snatching it up like the (chic) bargain hunter I am, I find myself too excited for Spring fashion to bother. Then when chilly weather rolls around again, I think back to all the goods I could have nabbed had I been savvier. At the end of the Summer, the same sales go on, naturally, with all of the warm-weather gear, and as I tire of the stifling humidity and yearn for Fall fashion, this vicious cycle continues. It must end! I’m throwing down ten bucks for these sweet suede gloves, which will reside in the back of my closet until cool weather calls. I can’t wait to uncover them next Fall, when I’ll marvel at what a shopping master I am. Ok, maybe not, but it’s a start.
