I know a very chic young lady who lives here and refuses to do what almost every other New Yorker does in the summer–wear flip flops. She says the city is too dirty, so she wears really cute flats like these instead. I can’t imagine going all summer without my flipper flops, but these are a certainly a cute alternative. (When you don’t want the bottoms of your feet to be pure black. Gross but true.)
