It’s that time again. Target, the ruler of bringing fashion to the underpaid masses, has unleashed their newest “Go International” designer. You can normally find her polished, yet contemporary pieces prancing down the runway of New York fashion week, but for the next few months, Behnaz Sarafpour is sharing her creations with me. (And you.) The following are a few of my first-look favorites.

This cotton cardigan (with a touch of cashmere) is classic Behnaz style: black and white with delicate feminine additions like lace trim and slightly gathered shoulders.
