Forever 21 Floral Dress, $19.80
As anyone who has ever window shopped on the Forever 21 website knows, the stuff sells out faster than Spears changes wigs. So basically, by the time you read this, I’m pretty sure this dress will be long gone. Check out the site for other ridiculously cheap very well priced summer dresses.
